STD 672 Time and Attendance Report

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description:  The State Controller’s Office, Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is pleased to announce that STD 672 Time and Attendance Report is now available through Department of General Services Forms Management.  This form is a blank version of the PD 672 and PD 672C that PPSD recently released to Mobius View.
