Personnel and Payroll Services Division Address Change

Action Required:  Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) will have a new address effective October 1, 2022. See details below:

  • Current Physical Address: 300 Capitol Mall, Suite 1001 Sacramento, CA 95814
  • New Physical Address: 300 Capitol Mall, Suite 701 Sacramento, CA 95814
  • Mailing Address (no change): PO Box 942850 Sacramento, CA 94250-0001

All contact phone numbers and emails will remain the same.  Effective October 1, 2022, PPSD will no longer have the public service reception to receive documents for processing.  All documents should be submitted using the ConnectHR portal.
