Personnel Letter #22-003- Revised - Verification of Employees Identified as Nonresident Aliens
Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO) has made the determination to revert the term “Noncitizen” back to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recognized “Nonresident Alien,” up to and until the time this designation is changed by the IRS. Personnel Letter #22-003- Revised - Verification of Employees Identified as Nonresident Aliens has been revised to reflect these changes on the State Controller's Office (SCO) website located at: http://www.sco.ca.gov/ppsd_sco_letters.html.
