Workers' Compensation

Module 1 (run time: approximately 28 minutes)

The purpose of this training is to help assist and guide Personal Specialist and associated workers, with information regarding Workers' Compensation for State of California employees and the general requirements expected of Personnel Specialist. This module will provide general understanding of the Workers' Compensation program for state employees including base forms, guidelines, manuals, references, videos, and key terms.

Module 2 (run time: approximately 13 minutes)

The purpose of this training is to help assist and guide Personal Specialist and associated workers, with information regarding Workers' Compensation for State of California employees and the general requirements expected of Personnel Specialist. The focus of this module is Employee History Scenarios which will include some basic flowcharts and will briefly discuss Departmental Communication between organizations.

Module 3 (run time: approximately 19 minutes)

The purpose of this training is to help assist and guide Personal Specialist and associated workers, with information regarding Workers' Compensation for State of California employees and the general requirements expected of Personnel Specialist. The focus of this module will target available Supplementation Options, Pay Calculator, Payable Documents and Transferrable.

Module 4 (run time: approximately 11 minutes)

The purpose of this training is to help assist and guide Personal Specialist and associated workers, with information regarding Workers' Compensation for State of California employees and the general requirements expected of Personnel Specialist. This module will focus on many available resources available for Personnel Specialist while working on activities for Workers' Compensation.
