Ensure Accurate Addresses for Employees Receiving Paper Form W-2s

Action Required: Share the following information with all employees.

Description: Employees who did not opt-in to the “W-2 Paperless” statement feature through Cal Employee Connect (CEC), will receive their 2025 Form W-2 in the mail. It will be mailed to the address listed on their paper warrant. If employees’ address is incorrect, then please encourage them to change their address via CEC. See instructions and more information below.

• Electronically: Employees can visit their CEC account to change their address under the “Employee Services” tab.

If your employees have not registered with CEC, please have them sign up today at Cal Employee Connect. It takes less than five minutes to complete the process. Additional information and resources can be found on the CEC webpage.
