CORRECTION: PPSD Temporary Operations and Emergency Paid Sick Leave and Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act Email Deactivation

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Operations Bureau has deactivated the PPSD Temporary Operations ppsdtempops@sco.ca.gov and the Emergency Paid Sick Leave and Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act ppsdepslaefmlaadj@sco.ca.gov email mailboxes. This change is due to the implementation of the ConnectHR document upload feature.  HR offices are required to submit all documents through the secure ConnectHR platform.

ConnectHR allows California State University (CSU) campuses and State Civil Service HR staff to view employee information on behalf of employees who are not registered users of Cal Employee Connect. In addition, ConnectHR’s file upload feature makes it possible to conveniently submit secure personnel and payroll documents to SCO. The file upload feature significantly reduces the time and cost required to send and process documents. Submitting documents through ConnectHR prevents document loss and provides users with receipts to track submitted documents.
