Redesigned State Employee Webpage!

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is excited to announce that we have redesigned the State Controller’s Office’s (SCO) State Employee webpage to create a better user experience for State Employees. The State Employee webpage serves as a resource for all State Employees. Please see below a list of the new categories:
What’s New: The latest personnel and payroll information for employees.
Cal Employee Connect: A secure self-service portal, which allows employees to view, print, and electronically save their own W-2s, leave balances, direct-deposit earnings statements, and more.
CalATERS Travel and Expense Reimbursement: A web-based solution for travel advance and expense reimbursement processing that includes automated audits of statewide travel rules, form tracking, management reporting capabilities, and much more.
Direct Deposit Program: Resources for employees to enroll or modify direct deposit.
Paycheck Calculator: The paycheck calculators allow employees to calculate paychecks for monthly, semi-monthly and bi-weekly in one place, which also can be used for out-of-state employees with no state taxes. There are two paycheck calculators that compute paychecks for employees in Illinois and New York.
Payroll Flyers and Global Messages to Employees: Payroll flyers and global messages that are posted on employee payroll warrants are also available here.
