Update: 2022 Covid-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave (SPSL) Toolkit

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees. 

Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division has updated the SPSL toolkit to include the benefit extension of Senate Bill 114. In addition to this update, we have updated the SPSL Calculator to include the benefit period of January 2022 through December 31, 2022. The purpose of the toolkit update is to provide the most up to date information and additional support to Departmental HR Offices for processing SPSL documentation. The contents of the toolkit are below.
