CSPMTS File Error Message in the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS)
Action Required by Department: Please do not use the CSPMTS File in MIRS until further notice.
Date Incident Identified: November 14, 2022
Description: The CSPMTS File is generating a “Fatal Error” message for select departments, causing the CSPMTS File to be unusable at this time. If your department does not receive the error message, please use the report with caution. Although the State Controller’s Office (SCO) has not identified any errors or missing data in reports without the error message, there may still be errors that we are not aware of. We will send a follow up communication once the incident has been resolved.
Population Affected: Human resource staff responsible for executing MIRS reports.
