Module 1: NDI References (run time: approximately 22 minutes)

The purpose of this training is to provide program information to assist you with processing NDI claims.  This module provides a reference guide listing the most common rules and regulations affecting NDI processing.​

Module 2: NDI Claim Forms (run time: approximately 7 minutes)

NDI Claim Forms. This training module is designed to introduce the NDI claim initiation process and the NDI forms processed by EDD. 

Module 3: PAR Transactions (run time: approximately 23 minutes)

This training module is designed to introduce the PAR Transactions used when processing NDI Claims.
