Statewide Customer Contact Center experiencing intermittent outages

Description:  The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC) is currently experiencing intermittent outages with our phone lines. We are working to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, we encourage you to leave a voicemail to the SCCC number at (916) 372-7200 with your contact information, and our agents will diligently respond to your message as soon as possible. If your matter is urgent, please send an email to our escalation box at PPSDOps@sco.ca.gov. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
