2022 Covid-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave (SPSL) Toolkit
Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division has updated the SPSL toolkit to include SB 114 benefits. In addition to this update, we have updated the SPSL calculator to include the benefit period of January 2022 through September 2022. The purpose of the toolkit updates is to provide additional support to Departmental HR Offices around processing SPSL. The contents of the toolkit are below.
