Description:  The State Controller’s Office (SCO) is excited to announce a new educational forum for personnel, payroll, and benefits specialists. The quarterly Transaction Specialists' Educational Forum (TSEF) has been developed as an opportunity for personnel, payroll, and benefits specialists to receive clarification and assistance from the subject matter experts.
