New Business Process to Submit Direct Deposit Enrollment Data
Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: In an ongoing effort to support remote work and streamline business processes, the SCO has developed a new business process to allow agencies and campuses to submit multiple employee Direct Deposit Enrollments data electronically through an Excel spreadsheet. This new business process eliminates the need for HR offices to send individual Direct Deposit Enrollment Authorization forms (STD. 699) through any other communication method (e.g., hardcopy in the mail or softcopy via encrypted email).
In order to take advantage of this new business process, Agencies must complete the Enterprise File Transfer New User Request Form, and return it via email to PPSDDirectDeposit@sco.ca.gov. Once the agreement has been received, user IDs and passwords will be provided by the SCO Service Desk. Additional information including the Direct Deposit Toolkit and link to the Excel spreadsheet can be found on the State HR webpage from SCO’s primary website.
