Customer Satisfaction Survey

Action Required by Department:    Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The State Controller's Office, Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is committed to providing excellent customer service to all state department HR offices. To help ensure PPSD is providing the highest level of customer service, we want your feedback today. Please take a few minutes to complete the PPSD Customer Satisfaction Survey and let us know what areas we have improved in and what areas we need to work on. The survey will only take 7 to 10 minutes to complete, and your feedback will help us improve our customer service.

The survey will close on July 28th, 2022.  

Population Affected: All HR Offices.
