Key Personal Leave Program for Employees with Three Locked-in Earnings IDs
Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: Effective July 1, 2025, departments are responsible for posting the appropriate Personal Leave Program (PLP) Earnings ID (EID) for all employees who currently have three (3) EIDs locked in on their Employment History (EH).
- Failure to post the PLP EID to EH prior to Payroll Cutoff for impacted employees will result in overpayment for July 2025 payroll
- Personnel Letter #25-009 contains instructions for posting the appropriate PLP EID
- The State Controller’s Office has released reports to ViewDirect and Mobius View to assist departments in identifying impacted records; details are shown in Personnel Letter #25-009
