Civil Service and Excluded 505 Retirement Mass Update

Description: In preparation for the Civil Service and Excluded 505 Retirement Mass Update per State Controller’s Office (SCO) Personnel Letter #22-013, departments should refrain from keying Employment History transactions on July 18, 2022, for eligible employees.
