Description: The following is a correction to the original message sent on July 11, 2024. Please note the date stated below is corrected to July 17, 2024.

In preparation for the Bargaining Units 01, 03, 04, 06, 07, 09, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 Rank and File and Excluded Employees General Salary Increase Mass Update Effective July 1, 2024, departments should refrain from keying Employment History transactions on July 17, 2024, for eligible employees. In addition, please review and correct any expired appointment expiration (Item 416), or separation expiration date (Item 645) for applicable employees prior to the mass update.

Please refer to Personnel Action Manual (PAM) sections 2.54 and 2.86 for additional information.
