New California Leave Accounting System (CLAS) eLearning Available

Action Required by Department:   Share the following information with all departmental human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is excited to share the newest eLearning module for the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS). The “Leave Message System Review” presentation is available to view on the SCO website, CLAS References and New eLearning Modules pages.

Calculators

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) has several calculators available on the State Controller’s Office (SCO) website. The calculators are published as a resource to support HR offices in meeting their employees' personnel and payroll needs. See a list of calculators below:

California State Payroll System (CSPS) – 2022 First Quarter Newsletter

Action Required by Department:  Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.  

Description:  The State Controller's Office (SCO), CSPS Project is excited to share the first quarter edition of our CSPS quarterly newsletter. This issue features information on the project solicitation status, announcement of the new CalHR CSPS Project Director, team member spotlight on the Project Manager, and the basics of the CSPS Project. ​The CSPS Project quarterly newsletter outlines the current activities, project achievements, and provides information on what to expect next. We are excited to share the continued progress of the project as we take a deeper dive into project activities.
