New PSD125A Tracking Database

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The Decentralized Security Administration (DSA) has recently implemented a new tracking database. To support the new database the formatting of the existing Security Authorization Form, PSD125A, has been updated. When changing or deleting existing users, Security Monitors and Authorizing Officials will now only need to sign the last page of the PSD125A. To add new users, officials will complete the new fillable PSD125A-Add New User Form (Civil Service) on SCO website. Be sure to complete the Department field on top of the PSD125A prior to submitting to DSA.
