New Decentralized Security Administration Customer Contact Phone Number

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description:    The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is excited to announce the addition of a customer contact phone number for the Decentralized Security Administration (DSA). The ability to contact DSA via this number is a new method in which security monitors at State Departments and California State University (CSU) Campuses can communicate with DSA. Management Information Retrieval (MIRS) New eLearning Module

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is pleased to share a new eLearning module for the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS).

The MIRS Procedure Writing - Verbs, Formats, By Phrases eLearning module is available to view on the SCO website’s MIRS Training page. This is the fourth module in a series of six MIRS introductory training modules. The module explains how to show data using Verb Phrases, describes default field formats, and explains how to sort data using By Phrases.

Completion of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) 2019 Corrections Process

Description: The State Controller’s Office has completed the ACA 1095-C corrections process for the 2019 reporting year.  Any employee or worker who had a change to their health benefit status or hours worked in 2019, may receive the following:
