PPSD Statewide Customer Contact Center Intermittent Voicemail Challenges
Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC) continues to experience intermittent voicemail challenges. PPSD is working to get the issue resolved quickly. A follow up email will be sent once the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, you may submit inquiries requiring immediate attention to PPSD Operations at PPSDOps@sco.ca.gov.
