Removal of ESPLA and Receivership ConnectHR Dropdowns

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: Effective April 3, 2023, The State Controller's Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division has removed the following documents from the ConnectHR dropdown options, CS Payroll - Std. 674 SPSL/EPSLA/EFMLA and CS Payroll - Std. 674 Receiver Request. HR offices must upload these requests to the CS Payroll STD. 674 -Adjustments dropdown option. Please refer to the current ConnectHR Directory located on SCO website.
