Accounts Receivable (A/R) Business Process Survey

Action Required by Department:  Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The State Controller’s Office (SCO), Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD) is working on ways to improve the A/R business process, specifically related to Payment Type K (Deduction A/R Collection), for benefits deduction arrears A/Rs. We need your help in gathering information about this business process.
