Management Retrieval Information System (MIRS) Common Library Reports for Leave Buy-Back
Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office MIRS users. Copy the updated LEAVE013 and LEAVE014 MIRS Common Library reports to your personal or departmental MIRS library for 2023 Leave Buy-Back and Cash Out data.
Description: MIRS Common Library reports, LEAVE013 and LEAVE014, have been updated with 2023 Leave Buy-Back information. The reports are now available in the MIRS Common Library. For details on copying reports from the MIRS Common Library, please see the Common Library section of the MIRS Handbook.
- LEAVE013 Updates: Removed confidential employees, included all Personal Leave Program (PLP) and Voluntary Personal Leave Program (VPLP) earning amounts to be added back to salary for hourly rate determination, added represented Bargaining Unit 02 employees to reflect the 160 max hour eligibility, and added CBID E01 – E21 employees.
- LEAVE014 Updates: Added the LX (2020 PLP) leave benefit amount to cash out determination, included all PLP and VPLP earning amounts to be added back to salary for hourly rate determination, modified excluded Bargaining Unit 02 employee buy-back amounts to reflect the 160 max hour eligibility, and added CBID E79 employees.
Population Affected: All HR Offices.
