Organizational Change Management (OCM) Objectives
The CSPS OCM Mission:
CSPS OCM supports and guides Department Agency Readiness Teams (DART) to champion adoption of a modern personnel and payroll system through proactive communication and training.
How CSPS OCM will accomplish this mission:
CSPS OCM uses the Empowerment and Engagement Model to guide and support California State Departments through the process of change.
Agencies and departments are encouraged and have responsibility in shaping how their organization will adopt the new changes. Through the structure of Department Agency Readiness Teams also known as DARTs, departments will be empowered to manage their own readiness activities, and ultimately, will implement the California State Payroll System solution into their own operations, as departments know their culture and processes best.
