Reminder: Request Tracking System Office Hours

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources personnel, payroll, and benefits specialist staff.

Description: As mentioned at the October’s Transaction Specialists’ Educational Forum, this is a reminder to please utilize the office hours available for Request Tracking System (RTS) technical assistance through Microsoft Teams with a CalHR Benefits Analyst. During these office hours you may drop in for support navigating RTS and submitting appeals for FlexElect, CoBen Cash, Dental, and Vision benefit programs. Please see the available office hours below:

Office Hours:

Please note during the office hours you will be in a waiting room until the CalHR Benefits Analyst is available.
