Preparation for Bargaining Unit 8, 10, and 18 Mass Update for Personal Leave Program, General Salary Increase, and Special Salary Adjustments Effective October 1, 2025

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: In Preparation for Bargaining Unit 8, 10, and 18 mass updates, please minimize manual keying of transactions by adhering to the following:

• Do not key 350 transactions with an October 1, 2025, effective date to ensure the mass update of applicable Personal Leave Program (PLP) transactions is successful.
• Avoid keying non-critical Employment History/appointment-related transactions effective October 1, 2025, or later to minimize out-of-sequence transactions.
• Personnel Letters will be released with the date of the mass GEN/SAL process date.
