Bargaining Unit 05 Rank and File and Excluded Employees General Salary Increase Mass Update Effective July 1, 2024

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: In preparation for the Bargaining Unit 05 Rank and File and Excluded Employees General Salary Increase Mass Update effective July 1, 2024, departments should refrain from keying Employment History transactions on October 15, 2024, for eligible employees. Additionally, please review and correct any expired appointment expiration date (Item 416), or separation expiration date (Item 645) for applicable employees prior to the mass update. 

Please refer to Sections 2.54 and 2.86 of the Personnel Action Manual (PAM) for additional information.

Management Information Retrieval System Common Library Reports for Employee Compensation Adjustments-Item 9800

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: The Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS) reports for Employee Compensation Adjustments-Item 9800 are now updated and available. These MIRS reports generate health and dental counts for Department of Finance Budget Letter #24-27 (Employee Compensation Adjustments-Item 9800).

The reports can be found in the MIRS Common Library under the titles COM0022A, COM022B, COM022C, and COM022D. See report details below:

  • COM022A: Report that reflects the 7-month health counts for rank and file and excluded employees.
  • COM022B: Report that reflects the 12-month health counts for rank and file and excluded employees.
  • COM022C: Report that reflects the 7-month dental counts for rank and file (Non-CoBen & CoBen) and excluded employees.
  • COM022D: Report that reflects the 12-month dental counts for rank and file (Non-CoBen & CoBen) and excluded employees.
