PPSD Customer Contact Center Intermittent Outages

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all departmental human resources (HR) offices.

Date Incident Identified: March 3, 2025

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC) is currently experiencing intermittent outages with our phone lines. We are working to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you need immediate assistance, please email PPSDOps@sco.ca.gov and in the email subject line please type “SCCC.”

PPSD Customer Contact Center Intermittent Outages Resolved

Description: The Personnel and Payroll Services Division (PPSD), Statewide Customer Contact Center (SCCC) is no longer experiencing intermittent outages with our phone lines. This has been resolved.
