REMINDER: Departmental Universal Email

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.  

Description: The State Controller's Office (SCO) requests that HR Offices promptly address all emails received from SCO in their Departmental Universal Email. SCO expects all authorized HR representatives to respond to emails at their earliest convenience to ensure timely processing of documents and requests. Below are examples of emails sent to the Departmental Universal Email from SCO: 

• Confirmation of Cal Employee Connect/ConnectHR transactions (Direct Deposit, Withholding, and Address Changes) 
• PR250 Notifications 
• PSD40 Notifications
