Preparation for Mass Updates Effective July 1, 2025
Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: In preparation for mass updates for bargaining contract implementation, please minimize manual keying of transactions by doing the following:
- Avoid keying non-critical Employment History/appointment-related transactions effective July 2, 2025, or later to minimize out-of-sequence transactions
- Do not key 350 transactions with a July 1, 2025, effective date to ensure the mass update of applicable Personal Leave Program (PLP) transactions is successful
- The State Controller’s Office will release Personnel Letters with specific information as contract implementation for specific bargaining units is authorized
