Bargaining Unit 8 General Salary Increase (GEN) Mass Update Effective July 1, 2022

Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: In preparation for the Bargaining Unit 8 GEN Mass Update effective July 1, 2022, departments should refrain from keying any Employment History transactions on January 18, 2023 for eligible employees.

Cal Employee Connect (CEC) - 2022 Form W-2s now available!

Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.

Description: 2022 Form W-2s are now available in Cal Employee Connect!

• Employees can now view their electronic 2022 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, as well as prior years in Cal Employee Connect. Paper printed 2022 Form W-2s will be mailed on or before January 31, 2023 for all employees.
