Pay Differential 440 – Off Pay Status Employees

Description: Effective January 16, 2023, Pay Differential 440 will be keyed and processed through the submission of Std. 674 for employees that are off pay status. See below:

• Submit the Std. 674 through ConnectHR and select the dropdown: Premium Pay – Std. 674 GHCP
• All documents submitted prior to January 16, 2023 do not need to be resubmitted, and will be processed in date order received.
