Process Change for Statewide Disability Green Cycle ConnectHR Documents
Action Required: Share the following information with all human resources (HR) office employees.
Description: Effective December 2024, the State Controller's Office (SCO) will no longer accept requests to delete Green Cycle ConnectHR documents. Please follow the tips below for guidance:
- Review the document for accuracy prior to submission.
- If you have uploaded an incorrect document to ConnectHR:
- Check your agency’s universal email for a Ding Notice (PR250).
- If the original document has been processed and pay has issued, then request a warrant strip and upload an amended document, or:
- Submit a STD. 674D for Industrial Disability Leave (IDL), Non-Industrial Disability (NDI), and State Disability Insurance (SDI), or a STD.674 for Temporary Disability (TD) to establish an accounts receivable on the overpayment.
