Enable Question and Answer Feature in Microsoft Teams
Action Required by Department: Share the following information with all human resources Transaction Supervisors and Managers.
Description: For those who attended the November Transaction Supervisors’ Forum, we plan to continue to utilize the new question and answer (Q&A) feature available in Microsoft Teams for submitted questions during the forum, instead of the chat. The overall goal is to deviate entirely away from using the chat for questions and onto the new Q&A feature. Therefore, if your department does not have access to this feature, then it is strongly encouraged to consult with your department’s Information Technology (IT) Support Team to enable this Q&A feature. However, if your department’s IT Support Team confirms that it cannot be enabled, email to scotransactionsupervisors@sco.ca.gov by December 6, 2024.
We appreciate all your efforts and cooperation with us.
