PERSONNEL ACTION MANUAL (PAM): Section 6 - EAR Processing
Section 6 – EAR Processing of the Personnel Action Manual (PAM) is updated. Areas of revision are noted by the revised date on the Table of Contents page at the beginning of the section, and by the revision date within the subtitle of each section.

MyCalPERS Dependent Eligibility Verification Process
Action Required by Campus: Share the following information with all Human Resources office employees.
Date Incident Identified: December 12, 2020
Description: CalPERS has reported that employers are currently unable to process Dependent Eligibility Verification in the myCalPERS System. This issue is expected to be resolved Thursday night, December 17, 2020, and employers may resume normal processing beginning of business on Friday, December 18, 2020.
Population Affected: All Human Resources Offices
Status: Unresolved
