The Unclaimed Property Division’s Outreach and Compliance Unit (OCU) will conduct a webinar to provide an overview of California’s Unclaimed Property Law and mandated reporting requirements, briefly discuss California’s two-report process, and then focus on filing California’s Holder Notice Report.  This webinar will include specific information pertaining to the State Controller’s required reporting formats, codes, and property owner information.
