    • CLAS Actions for Your Employee on NDI (run time: Approximately 15 minutes) - This presentation walks you through the actions needed in CLAS while your employee is on Non-Industrial Disability Insurance (NDI).

    • Identifying Position Sequence, Leave System Eligible (LSE) and Not Leave system Eligible (NLSE) in CLAS (run time: Approximately 13 minutes) - This presentation helps you troubleshoot and fix the P18 screen when displaying incorrect position information.  First, you will learn how to identify position sequences within PIMS.  Followed by directions to use the P62 screen to designate an employee Leave System Eligible or Not Leave System Eligible. 
    • New to CLAS Condition (run time: Approximately 15 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has no prior Position History in CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen.
    • New to State Service Condition (run time: Approximately 11 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has no prior Position History in CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen but has prior State Service in Employment History.
    • Out of Service Benefits in CLAS (run time: Approximately 9 minutes) - This presentation discusses what is an out of service benefit and how to resolve them within the California Leave Accounting System.
    • PAR Separations and Separation Reversals in CLAS (run time: Approximately 8 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps needed to update the CLAS Record after a Permanent Separation and/or a Permanent Separation Reversal is keyed in Employment History.
    • Previously on CLAS Condition (run time: Approximately 16 minutes) - The purpose of this training is to review the steps required after keying an appointment transaction for an employee who has a break in time between Position History entries on CLAS as displayed on the P18 screen.
    • Temporary Separations in CLAS (run time: Approximately 8 minutes) - This presentation provides the steps necessary when an employee begins and returns from a temporary separation.  It also discusses the steps necessary when a temporary separation is voided.
