2024 Form W-2 Now Available in Cal Employee Connect

If you enrolled in W-2 Paperless, you can now access and download your official 2024 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement (Form W-2) in Cal Employee Connect (CEC). If you did not enroll in W-2 Paperless, you can view, but not download your Form W-2 in CEC. The State Controller's Office will mail employees' 2024 Form W-2’s no later than January 31, 2025 to the address on file with your Human Resources (HR) office. You can enroll in Cal Employee Connect to securely access and view Form W-2 information. Starting February 1, you can enroll in W-2 Paperless for the current tax year.
