The State Controller’s Office (SCO) Data Exchange Portal (DEP) automatically generates a confirmation email for uploaded reports or letters. Automatic confirmation is not provided for reports or letters submitted via FTP.
You may also check the Status Report link in the K-12 LEAs Status Report section located on the main page to verify receipt. The K-12 LEAs audit status report is updated on the 1st and 15th of each month (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for report processing. For example, if your report package was submitted on February 7th, you can check the March 1st status report to verify receipt.
