The State Controller's Office offers the following e-mail subscription service for the State Mandated Costs Program and Local Government e-Claims Information for K-12 Schools, Community Colleges, and Local Agencies.
State Mandated Costs Program
provides four lists to distribute news and updates that relate to the LRS from test claims, parameters and guidelines, paper mandated cost claims, and other information:
Local Government e-Claims (LGeC) provides four lists to distribute news and updates that relate to the Local Government e-Claims System:
E-mail Subscsription Distribution Lists:

To subscribe to a list:
- Enter your e-mail address and your first and last name
- Click on the Subscribe button to generate a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail account you specified
- Open the e-mail message and follow the instructions to complete the subscription process.
